HAMS Families, We are very excited to see our HAMS students on Monday, August 29th. With the inability to host an open house this year, the first day of student attendance will include orientation activities to familiarize new and returning students alike. Students new to HAMS and our incoming 6th grade class will receive extra guidance, as we know this can be a fun, but oftentimes anxious transition. Our staff always goes above and beyond, as such, we know they will make every effort throughout the first few weeks of school to ensure a successful start for your student.

HAMS Families, As a reminder, today is the last day to register your student for the quickly approaching school year. The high school library will be open this afternoon from 12:30 to 3:30 if you need assistance with the online registration. Online registration closes tonight at midnight.

HAMS Families, With the uncertainty surrounding the availability of the Middle School building, we have made the decision to not set a date for our annual open house. It is our hope that we can host the event. If we are able to have the event, we will not have a separate open house for 6th graders as we did last year. This will mean that 6th-8th graders will all have it on the same evening on a date to be determined. Students will have the opportunity to get their schedules, meet teachers, and practice their locker combinations. We understand this is a big transition for our 6th graders, so any student that is unable to attend the open house will be given extra assistance by staff and student helpers on the first day of attendance on the 29th. Please anticipate more information to come via the school website, social media, or a phone message to all HAMS families.
