Congratulations to Maddie Barnes for earning All Tournament Team honors at the Oakwood Thanksgiving Tournament. She averaged 16 points per game and scored 29 points against Rantoul making 8 3point baskets! We are so proud of you!

Hoopeston Area Athlete Addy Kelnhofer is in the running for News Gazette Athlete of the Week for being a solid scoring option for the Cornjerkers in the Oakwood Comet Classic, putting up 17 points in a win over Westville and 16 in a win over Covington.
