This Spring we will be having licensed Dentists and Hygienists coming to our school to spend a day doing dental exams. They will also be cleaning teeth, giving fluoride treatments and sealants (if needed) to eligible students. This program is for all grade levels, if you would like to participate in this free program please have your student stop in the office and pick up an application. The application will need to be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian. If you filled a form out at registration back in August, there is no need to do one again. All completed forms are due back in the office by Friday January 17th. #CornjerkerPride
