Seniors:
We have several Seniors that have still not turned in proof of receiving a Meningistis Shot. If a student does not have this completed by Tuesday October 15th and have not turned in a doctor's appointment card showing that an appointment is scheduled, your student will not be allowed to come to school beginning on Wednesday October 16th.
