The Data, Deserts, and Decisions meeting that was scheduled to be at the DACC Higher Learning Center here in Hoopeston for this evening has been canceled. Parents can still contact the HLC in the future to set up an individual appointment for their student to discuss options for the future.
Thursday, February 6th, students will be handed out the Course Catalog for next year during their English classes. The Course Handbook includes Course Descriptions, 4-yr Plan Outlines, and Student Course Guides/Sign-up Sheets. Then on February 10th admins and the counseling department will be meeting with each grade level to discuss the course catalog in detail. We ask that parents sit down with their students to review required courses and elective choices. Students need to return their parent/guardian signed course outline to the HS office as soon as possible after Feb 10th to begin the scheduling process for the 2020-2021 school year for your student.
