Signups are occurring for any 4th grade girl who would like to join the 5th Grade Girls' Basketball Team. These signups occur in May since the girls' season begins in August. I have attached the form. Girls may also pick them up in the JG Office. The form is due back to the JG Office on May 18. A Sports Physical must be on file in the JG Office before a student can begin practicing.
