This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22nd, we will have our annual sports physical clinic at Charlotte Ann Russell Medical Center from 12:30pm-3:30pm, and the cost will be $15. It is recommended that parents call the clinic ahead of time to set up a time, but you will not be turned away if you arrive without one. The number to the clinic is 217-283-5644. If your child will be arriving without a guardian present, make sure they have a signed copy of the IESA/IHSA physical form with them that can be found on the Hoopeston area website. Also, all incoming 6th grade and 9th grade students do not need a sports physical. They will be required to have a full school physical which will count as their sports physical for this upcoming school year. Thank you
On Wednesday HS students will be heading outside for lunch and some activities around 10:45. Be sure to have your student bring sunscreen!#CornjerkerPride
End of The Year Chromebook Turn-In Reminder:
HAHS Chromebooks will be turned in at the end of the day Tuesday.
Each student should be returning the following items: Chromebook, case, and charger as was per assigned.
AP students would be keeping theirs.
