On Monday, November 11th at 9 am, Hoopeston Area will be hosting its annual Community Veterans' Day celebration in the MS gym. This special assembly will feature speeches, music, and presentations that pay tribute to our veterans. It’s a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together in appreciation of their sacrifices. We look forward to seeing you there as we honor our heroes!

High School Parent Teacher Conferences will be October 23rd thru October 24th from 3pm to 6:30pm. There is no need to make an appointment through the High School office. This is a great opportunity to discuss your student's progress, achievements, and areas for growth with their teachers. Also at conferences, the shop classes will be selling handmade goods to help you get a start on your holiday shopping.

Boys and girls cross country competed tonight at the Vermilion Valley Conference meet. The boys team placed first as a team! This is the first time since 2014 that the boys have won the VVC!!
