2023 SENIOR WEEK ITINERARY 

Any student, who is in danger of not graduating, will report to classes and NOT be participating in Senior Week Activities.

Baccalaureate: May 13th

  • This is Voluntary 

  • 2:30 Students Arrive (Wear Gown with Dress Clothes But Not Cap For Baccalaureate) Line up in HS Gym

  • 3:00 Baccalaureate Service Begins

  • Opportunity for families to take pictures with the Cornjerker banner afterwards.

Senior Finals: May 15th and 16th

  • Students will report to either Ms. Baird’s or Mr. Sage’s room.

  • Once a student is finished with their finals they may leave IF they have a permission slip returned to the office.

  • Ms. Baird and Mr. Sage will communicate with staff about where students will be testing so that finals can be given to the correct Senior teacher.

  • Seniors who are not going to graduate will take their finals. Once done with finals they will continue to report to school and run their schedule as normal.

  • Collect Chromebooks - Seniors Turn In Chromebooks When Done With Finals no later than the end of the day Tuesday.

Senior Picnic: May 17th

  • Seniors will report to school as normal and attend 1st hour for attendance.

  • 8:35-8:50 Locker Clean-Out & Last Chance for Chromebook Turn-In

    • Ms. Baird watches Mrs. Gondzur

  • 8:50-10:45 Seniors will be in the auditorium for the Senior Movie

  • 10:45 Students pass through the lunchroom line to collect food, then proceed to designated outside space for picnic. Students dismissed at noon.

    • If there is rain, students will remain in the cafeteria for their meal and will be dismissed at 11:15, prior to the 1st lunch period beginning.

Senior Trip: May 18th

  • 6:00 Senior Trip chaperones report to the school

  • 6:30 bag checks conducted

  • 7:00 Students depart for Great America

Senior Breakfast: May 19th

  • 7:00-8:30 am held at the First Presbyterian Church

Graduation Practice: May 19th

  • Seniors will report to the MS gym at 8:30 so they can prepare for the Senior Walk

  • 9:00 load buses for Senior Walk, head to elementary schools first and then to MS/HS. Return back to the MS gym for graduation practice

  • 9:45 Graduation Practice

  • 11:30 Senior class picture will be taken

  • 3:30 Staff Graduation practice for those gowning up and participating in graduation.

Graduation: May 20th

  • 10:15 Seniors Report To HS Gym (Enter Through Front Office Doors)

  • 11:00 Graduation Ceremony Begins On Football Field
