2014-15 School Year

The Hoopeston Area WYSE team competed against a very strong pool of the best students from all over Vermillion county.  While the team gave it their best, they did not place this year.  Individually, two students did place and will get to move on to the Regional competition at Eastern Illinois University.  Jaren West received 4 awards, winning 1st in Computer Science, both in our division and overall, and 3rd in Engineering Graphics, both in our division and overall.  Tyler Street won 2nd in Engineering Graphics, both in our division and overall, and 2nd in Computer Science, both in our division and overall.  Both of these students worked hard and we are very proud of their hard work!
